The Residences at The Chateaux is an equity residence club.^SM Owners/ members enjoy luxurious, three or four-bedroom residences or four-bedroom penthouses, first-class services and amenities, and privileged access to The Chateaux at Silver Lake luxury hotel facilities. Members receive a one-sixth undivided, deeded interest in a fully furnished residence and an interest in the club facilities and common areas.

Membership in The Residences at The Chateaux is similar to membership in a prestigious equity golf country club, except our members reserve luxurious residences and hassle-free vacations, rather than tee times.
